Qi Fitness Programs – Move IT!

Physical activity is not only important for its function in calorie expenditure, it is also important in increasing mood, regulating appetite and preserving lean body mass. With all of these benefits, and all of the choices that qualify as physical activity, it’s hard to find an excuse good enough for not participating.

Whether it be belly dancing, yoga, swimming, or exercising at the gym for example, Qi will help you on your path of engaging in regularly physical activity. We assist you in locating the activity of your choice, setting up appointments as well as offer discounts with a large number of select service providers. Our goal is not to dictate how you move, but to assist you in finding the ways that make you want to move!




Fitness Consultation

A complete evaluation of your current physical activity, a risk analysis for participating in increased physical activity and an exploration of how to increase current levels of exercise.

We develop a plan for exercise participation based on your particular preferences and set guidelines for the amount and types of physical activity to be engaged in per week.

After the completion of this evaluation, Qi counselors will assist you in following through with your exercise plan. We will aid you in choosing your activity and help you set an appointment if necessary. We will make follow up calls and provide the support you need for success in making your lifestyle a more active and healthy one!

Personal Training Sessions

Qi Lifestyle has teamed up with SPEED Sports and Fitness to provide the best expertise in personal training in Singapore. Qi Lifestyle counselors have access to SPEED facilities to provide functional strength based training, circuit training in a variety of formats, as well as training to increase aerobic fitness.

Training sessions are designed to accommodate your preferences, abilities and current level of fitness. If you like to hike in the woods, walk in the Botanical Gardens, run intervals on a track or workout in the gym, QI Lifestyle can tailor a plan and provide the motivational support needed to help you succeed in your weightloss and lifestyle goals.

4 weeks Kick Start Fit Plan

This plan is designed to help you develop exercise as a habit. By committing to 4 sessions a week for 4 weeks, you begin incorporate exercise into your daily life. After the 4 weeks, not finding time for exercise will be what begins to feel strange!

4 x 1 hour Personal Training sessions per week for 4 weeks : $1500

Other personal training packages can be arranged and start from $1200 for a package of 10 sessions.

Group Fitness Programs – The more the merrier

Don’t want to make the commitment on your own? Want to train with your friends to keep you motivated?

Qi Lifestyle has teamed with SPEED Sports and Conditioning to provide dynamic and challenging yet fun functional fitness classes to build muscle, burn fat and improve overall fitness levels. Classes use a variety of drills and equipment to keep the class motivating while you sweat your way through to a better, stronger, leaner body! Morning, evening and weekend classes available.

Got a specific goal? Or a specific group you want to train with? You are welcome to form your own group and we’ll design the class for you! Examples include: pre-natal classes, post-natal classes, team training etc.
